“Potential is expansive; it is unlimited; it’s something that you can constantly tap into. What I find so fascinating about it [potential] is that the more you tap into it the more there is. It’s not a limited resource.”
In this conversation, Karen also highlights how empowerment cannot exist without self-empowerment first.
“When I hear people share their dreams, I can just see this picture and I see it hovering, close to them. All it wants is for that person to reach out and just take it. Just to receive it. I think that so many of us are closed off, we struggle to just receive.”
