DANCN HEELS

Venue: Cellar of Rock – Warehouse theatre

Damage: A walk in class is N$50.00 and members pay N$400.00/month *complete a monthly challenge and get a free month of heels*

DancN Heels offers components of fitness, Heels stretches and monthly choreographies.

We welcome all levels of dancers as it is an all inclusive class. Heels are not required, but for the best experience we recommend a foot protective shoe, with ankle security and a thick heel for comfort and safety.

We also recommend knee pads for floor work and floor stretches.

AFROJAZZ FT RAY & TITUS

Venue: Boiler Room-Warehouse Theater

A jazzy night is scheduled at the Boiler Room every last Thursday of the month! Raymond Mup and Titus have teamed up in 2017 already to give you the old & new favorites for the night and due to the huge success & popularity, we invite you to join us to this regular event each month in 2018.

Be there before 9pm to get the best chairs.

 

BIO-MARKT – GREEN MARKET

Weekly Green Market on Saturdays where you can get fresh organic vegetables, meat and dairy products, cheeses, farm bread and handmade crafts.
