– The Ministry of Mines and Energy has since March this year ceased allocating the fuel levy to the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia. NAMCOR’s Manager for Marketing, Communication and Public Relations, Paulo Coelho confirmed the development to the The Brief saying the company has not received the proceeds since then. He however revealed that an appeal was made for the current financial year with the ministry agreeing to pay for the remainder of the strategic year, concluding in March 2024.  – The Brief
