Our Metro Effect Pick of the Week is Liberal Apparel’s Christopher Freygang. He tells us how he kept himself sane during the lockdown. This included simple things like sticking to his normal routine, maintaining discipline, and keeping physically fit.
The owner of Namibia’s only men’s online clothing store, Christopher is in the business of making sure our men look fly all day every day.

Christopher shared some of his grooming tips and how to get out of the slump that many fell into during lockdown. He also explains how his company, unlike many others, was able to have peak business during the lockdown.
