Felabration Namibia is an annual musical event created to celebrate the music and legacy of Fela Anikulapo Kuti.
Fela Kuti (15 October 1938 – 2 August 1997) is one of Africa’s cultural icon, hero and genius whose wisdom, radicalism, and politics were expressed through his music.
This year, Felabration will be a vinyl music event with local vinyl DJ, Brother Mbango and South African-based Zimbabwean vinyl DJ, TheNew T:MEr, who will be spinning vinyl records of the legendary Fela Kuti and other Afrobeat/Afrofunk artists.
