Kraatz and MANWU sign substantive agreement for 2024-2025
Kraatz, a subsidiary of the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group, proudly announces the successful conclusion of the latest wage negotiations with the Metal and Allied Namibian Workers Union (MANWU). The new one-year substantive agreement, effective from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, reflects Kraatz’s commitment to its Vision 2029 goals and dedication to creating a supportive work environment for its employees.
Under the new agreement, Kraatz aims to enhance financial stability, support employee satisfaction, and strengthen the company’s core values. The agreement includes a competitive salary adjustment, reinforcing Kraatz’s objective to achieve its targets by 2029 and establish itself as the preferred service provider to the oil and gas industry.
