Listing on the NSX Facilitates Company Growth, Direct Foreign Investment

Only eight Namibian companies namely, Namibia Breweries ltd, Bidvest Namibia, Nictus Holdings, Bank Windhoek, First National Bank of Namibia, Oryx Properties Ltd, Namibia Asset Management Ltd and Stimulus Investments Ltd are listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX) compared to 31 foreign companies according to the NSX website.

“Our requirements are not that it has to be a massive company, our basic requirement for a main board listing is a N$500 000 pre-tax profit”, said NSX CEO Tiaan Bezuin.
