His excellency President Nangolo Mbumba in his state of the nation address said a comprehensive transformation plan was developed to expand access to Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) with 13 out of the 14 regions now having public TVET centres. Of the newly constructed centres, Khorixas Vocational Training Centre (VTC) and the Kai//Ganaxab VTC in the Hardap region will be operationalized next month while Nkurenkuru and Keetmanshoop VTCs are expected to be completed by Second Quarter of 2024.
