With 112sqm of open plan office space, our offices feature furnished shared boardrooms, kitchen, office furniture (for up to 12 people) lounge, reception, and entertainment areas totaling 121sqm (pro-rata share 17.15sqm).
Our managed office facilities include:
- Receptionist
- Water and electricity
- Refreshments (daily and monthly office social event)
- General office management
- Cleaning services and material
- Security (alarm and 24-hour complex guards)
- Building access services (fingerprint system)
- Air conditioning servicing, lightbulbs, fire fighting equipment, and other maintenance items.
- Reasonable/fair internet usage (if required), and
- Printing service (if required)
Rental is set at N$19,800 per month for fully available space or N$1800 per person. Flexible options/pricing can be negotiated with smaller teams.
Facility Fee starts from N$750 to N$ 1300 per person depending on facilities utilized.
