“Some have accused us of only talking and not implementing”, this was stated by His Excellency President Hage Geingob when he addressed the media at state house recently. The president highlighted the economic transformation of the country, especially the transformation of ownership of the assets of production, as well as the promotion of local businesses on which he directed, that the Public Procurement Bill be tabled in Parliament as soon as possible and signed into law.
