Available floor space is 112 sqm open plan office and access to furnished shared boardrooms, kitchen, lounge, reception and entertainment areas totalling 121sqm (pro rata share 17.15sqm).
The lease includes office furniture for up to 12 people.
The managed office facility includes:
- receptionist
- water and electricity
- refreshments (daily and monthly office social event),
- general office management
- cleaning services and material,
- security (alarm and 24-hour complex guards)
- building access services (fingerprint system)
- airconditioning servicing, lightbulbs, fire fighting equipment and other maintenance items
- reasonable/fair internet usage (if required), and
- printing service (if required)
The rental is set at N$19,800 per month for full available space or N$1800 per person. Flexible options/pricing can be negotiated with smaller teams.
The Facility Fee starts from N$750 until N$ 1300 per person depending on facilities utilized.
