Mooks spoke to Ursula Witbooi, Namdeb’s Building Forever Project Manager. Witbooi is a holder of a Master of Science Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership. Her chosen field has opened opportunities for her to join UNAM as a junior lecturer followed by Namdeb in the Environmental and Project Management fields.
The next stepping stone in her career was gaining an in-depth understanding of the social world around her and how she can be a positive contributor.
