Windhoek Charity is a formalised Non-Governmental Organisation that host an annual charity event known as Windhoek Charity Fundraiser. The event hosts A charity Fun Day which sees social and corporate teams participating in different sport codes.
The Windhoek Charity now in its third year, it promises to have a bigger social impact. Having raised over N$ 400 000 in the last two annual events. For 2019 they are looking to attract more attendees and to raise more funds for the chosen children’s homes which are supported.
This year their drive and events are focused on raising bare necessities for children in Windhoek based children’s homes; Primary beneficiary this year is Tilovayeni Care Foundation who are a registered Non-profit organisation that provides Food, clothing, education, love and care to children.
