2018’s Windhoek Jazz Festival promises to be a date like no other.
“Ever since its inception in 2012, the Windhoek Jazz Festival has grown from strength to strength and this years festival promises to deliver a blend of unique sounds and diversity to add to the line-up,” Says Lydia Amutenya, External Communication Officer (PRO) at The City Of Windhoek.
Hon. Katrina Hanse-Himarwa, MP Minister and Patron, at the recent Windhoek Jazz festival launch explained that, “Music produces a kind of pleasure which human nature cannot do without.”
Bringing such musical pleasure, headlining the Windhoek Jazz Festival on 3rd November 2018:
International Acts: Zonke and The Soil From South AFrica. Catarina Duarte, all the way from Portugal .
Local acts: Elemotho, Lize Ehlers, Suzy Eises, Sedney Haufiku, Percival Ringquest, Singera Jazz Band and Damas Fusion

Be warned. No outside beverages and food will be allowed. “You are allowed to come in with an empty cooler box. Food and drinks will be sold inside the venue. This is our way of also supporting our locals vendors.” says, Lydia.
