– The National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia has reported an unprecedented net loss of N$700 million, according to unaudited financial statements as of 31 March 2023. NAMCOR’s Acting Managing Director Shiwana Ndeunyema noted that the substantial loss has raised concerns and shed light on the challenges faced by the state-owned entity, particularly in the downstream sector. – The Brief
