Life Lessons from Lira

Last month 99FM hosted the Lira Master Class with the inspirational South African songstress Lira, who came to Windhoek to share with her audience the lessons she’s learnt in life.

Before the actual event took place, though, Lira spent a couple of hours, first over Skype and later in person, sharing with Namibia’s artistic community her tips on how to make an artist’s life a successful one.

Sean K was at the event and gave his take:

“It was such an honour to be amongst the artists invited to attend this masterclass.

The greatest thing I took away from Lira was her drive and determination. Strong willed, yet so humble. She set her mind to something and she went for it. Despite obstacles. With that she “attracted” everything she wanted from life to come to her. Taking a sneak peek into her mind was incredible.”
