Looking Back…
Q: How would you describe your 2017?
A: It was awesome and very fruitful.
Q: What was something good that came out of 2017?
A: I enrolled for my Phd with University of Minnesota and my speaking platforms have widened to other countries.
Q: What challenged you in 2017 and how did you overcome this challenge?
A: I had a car accident which is a bit of a set back, but kept my focus and believe set backs are only but for a moment not forever.
Q: What was your favourite Art in 2017?
A: Tekno and song Pana. I enjoyed the movie Inconceivable.
Q: What was your biggest health and wellness learning of 2017?
A: I must always make sure I am careful about what I eat. Healthy eating, since much of my work requires the brain and a healthy body, eating healthy has been a learning curve for me.
Q: What was your biggest personal development learning of 2017?
A: Doing my advanced stage in Life Coaching.

Q: What is your favourite food in December?
A: Boiled potatoes and green veggies.
Q: What is your favourite Namibian destination?
A: Lake Oanob in Rehoboth, nothing beats the place for me.
Q: What book should we all be reading?
A: I have found The Bible to be very inspiring. Yes, The Bible.
Q: Where do you find your inspiration?
A: Life experiences and solitude moments.

A: If you can conceive it you can achieve it.
Q: What is your wish for the world for 2018?
A: Peace and no nuclear wars.
Q: What is your wish for Namibia for 2018?
A: Economic growth.
Q: What is your wellness goal for 2018?
A: Take care of my eating habits and have enough fitness applied to my body.
