Studies show that we can deliberately cultivate gratitude, and that this practice can increase our well-being and happiness. The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. But if you start with one thank you today you’ll be moving yourself towards a stronger immune system and lower blood pressure, higher levels of positive emotions, increased energy and more.
As we continue to look at Following Your Heart, this week on MYD, we took a closer look at Gratitude.
We were joined in studio by an inspirational man who has been for almost 10 years, running a soup kitchen for children in Ombili. That man is Samuel Kapepo. We were also joined in studio by Karen Powell a creativity coach and lifestyle mentor.
