As we have heard over the last few episodes of the Master Your Destiny Show while we were discussing the brain and how to get the best out of your frame of mind, we heard time and time again that Meditation is a key in ensuring your brain is functioning optimally. The list of studies that have proven the benefits of meditation is seemingly endless. As we are all looking for improved quality of life and longevity, MYD was this week joined in studio by meditation teachers to find out how meditation works, why it works and how to make it work for us.
In this episode of MYD we were joined by Meditation coach and international speaker, Melissa Mukaiwa. We were also joined by two representatives of Transcendental Meditation Namibia, Jan – Willem Beuke and Maria Sakaria.
